Queen Majesty makes some of the best hot sauce in the world, and this Scotch Bonnet & Ginger hot sauce is right up there as one of our favourites. The original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it. Lots of fresh ginger root and Scotch Bonnets give this sauce a vibrant flavour with a slow-burning heat, while the lime juice and garlic help round it out to make this a surprisingly versatile sauce.
